Be on the lookout for an email from RUPA Health

RUPA will send you an email with a link to pay for your GI Map. Once you complete the payment they will ship the test kit to your house.

Print out the HTMA Requisite Form

Please print out the HTMA Requisite Form, fill out Part 2, and then send your hair sample inside a paper envelope.

Collect your GI Map & HTMA Samples

GI Map collection instructions are located here. 

HTMA collection instructions are located here. Do not tape the hair sample or put it into a plastic bag. It can go straight into the envelope with your requisite form.

Complete your intake form

Please complete your intake form.

Processing time

The HTMA & GI Map results take between 2 and 4 weeks. When I receive them, I will complete your analysis and custom protocol. You will be sent a link to your google drive which will house the lab results, a written analysis, video interpretation and protocol. The email will be coming from lacy@lacedinwellness.com.
